Returns

​

1. Refunds and Exchanges:

   We are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges for our ready-to-ship wigs, provided they are returned to us in the same condition and packaging as they were received. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, customers must notify us by email within 3 days of receiving their order.

 

2. Eligibility:

   - Shop units are eligible for refunds and exchanges.

   - Custom wig pieces are not eligible for refunds.

   - Items that have a discount/sale reduction are not eligible for a refund. Such items are considered final sale.

   

3. Return Condition:

   The wig must be returned in its original condition, with the lace uncut and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage may result in the denial of a refund or exchange.

 

4. Tracking and Shipping:

   Customers are responsible for returning the wig using a tracked shipping service. Tracking details must be provided to us via email. Please note that any postal loss during the return shipping is not our responsibility.

 

5. Process:

   - Notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order to initiate the refund/exchange process.

   - Obtain a tracked shipping service to return the wig to us.

   - Provide us with the tracking details via email.

   - Once we receive the returned wig and verify its condition, we will process the refund/exchange.

 

6. Refund/Exchange Processing:

   - Refunds will be processed in the original payment method and may take up to 20 business days to reflect in your account.

   - Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned wig is received and inspected.
